How to sign in
Choose the access type that matches the role issued to your account.
- Select your assigned role. Choose Guard, DC, ADC, Agency Admin, Agency HR, Payroll & Finance, Operations, or Inspector.
- Enter your issued credentials. Guards use Site Code + Staff # or Username + PIN/password. DC, ADC, Agency Admin, Agency HR, Payroll & Finance, Operations, and Inspector use Site Code + Username + Password.
- Continue to your workspace. VerifY checks the real account role, Site assignment, and permissions on the server before access is opened.

Tickets / Requests
Guards may raise a ticket, add follow-up notes/photos to their ticket, and view the append-only history. Management-owned status, resolve, reopen and close controls remain unavailable to Guards.

Start Duty
Confirm the deployed site and type today's actual posting. Posting stays free text because field assignments can change daily.
Duty Details
START / IN is CP1 and records server time, fresh GPS and photo. Day duty is 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; night duty is 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Sign-in and sign-out are on time from 6:00–8:00, recorded LATE after 8:00, and blocked at the 9:00 cutoff. CP2 remains 11:00 AM–12:00 PM for day duty and 11:00 PM–12:00 AM for night duty.

Assigned Clients & Sites
You may record an activity only for Sites returned by the server as authorized for your Operations account.

My Operations Activities
Agency Admin receives submitted, ongoing, and completed-for-review items. Closed items remain in history.
Personnel & Compliance Workspace
Maintain HR and Guard roster records for your assigned Client and Sites. Canonical personnel and assignments remain shared across portals in the same MySQL source of truth.
Current Guard Attendance · Read Only
View current duty, checkpoint attendance, evidence, validation owner and status across your assigned Sites. HR cannot Validate, Reject, Flag, or Final Approve attendance.
Historical Guard Duty
HR historical visibility only. Current-day duty is excluded; default is yesterday with the previous 3 days shown.
Guard Roster Management
Agency HR may add/reactivate Guards within assigned Sites. Roster removal is INACTIVE, never Delete. The long Guard list stays hidden until needed.
Assigned Clients & Sites
Same Client → Site hierarchy as Agency Admin, limited to your HR assignments.
Update HR Records from Excel
Download the template for HR/201 updates. For normal Guard roster additions, use Guard Roster Management above; full Site onboarding does not need to be uploaded again.

Canonical Personnel & Identity assignments plus HR employment metadata. Ten results are visible at a time.
New / Provisional Guards
View new field registrations in your assigned Sites. Operational acceptance remains with DC/ADC and Agency Admin.
Detailed Attendance & Photos
